I was an 80's baby raised on the country music of the period, and the mid-80's was about the last era of real country music. Early 80's country gets a bad rap that it doesn't deserve. I loved it and still do.

Right now, my favorite 80's (country) song is probably "Fool For Your Love" by Mickey Gilley.
