Hunter Biden Shows Up!

Congress has the authority to demand both. The Trump kids had their depositions and conducted themselves with poise and class unlike the classless kid from the Biden crime family.
lol so now you've gone from subpoenas are unconstitutional, to they are unfair to a total non-sequitur post.

You completely jump over the facts that Hunter has agreed to testify, in a public forum, which was an option given at the outset by the committee. He has been rejected by the very committee that issued the summons, since they now demand he appear in private first, then they "claim" they will hold a public one. When today he showed up, once again the Republicans refused to hold a hearing.

Seriously your not even worth responding to, you're blinded by rage, ignorance and hate. I'm sure glad I don't know anyone personally who's is disingenuous and infantile as you.

Public depos, no?

Tell that to Navarro and Bannon.
Why? The committee can refer this to the DOJ, and the DOJ can lay charges if they deem fit to do so. As far as I am concerned if he is guilty of anything, lock him up. Hunter means fuck all to me personally.

It’s fair to note Jim Jordan’s hypocrisy, but whataboutism doesn’t get Hunter off the hook. He was subpoenaed to appear at a closed door deposition (SOP in Congressional investigations) and he failed to appear. It doesn’t matter if he was offered a choice of public or private at some point. The actual subpoena required him to appear at a deposition.

The questions I have are:

1. Did his press conference outside the Senate and his odd appearance today hurt or help his cause? It’s almost a certainty he will be held in contempt of Congress. Then the decision to prosecute or not is up to the DOJ.

2. Did his acts of defiance make it easier or harder for the DOJ to not prosecute? The prostitute chasing, coke sniffing son of a sitting president, (currently facing several felony charges), giving Congressional investigators the middle finger is hardly a sympathetic figure.

3. Is he helping his dad politically? Wouldn’t Biden prefer directing the national news cycle to his campaign themes rather than Hunter’s baggage?

Meanwhile, actual members of the administration openly received money after leaving office

2. Neither
3. Neither

Thanks for noting that

Actually maybe go and back up your claim above. You have the right information, but it's not chronologically correct.

The subpoenas demand that Hunter Biden and James Biden as well as former business associate Rob Walker appear before the Oversight Committee for a deposition by mid-December. Lawmakers also requested that James Biden’s wife, Sara Biden, and Hallie Biden, the wife of the president’s deceased son Beau, appear voluntarily for transcribed interviews.

Hunter Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell called the subpoenas “yet another political stunt” and said the investigation has been full of “worn-out, false, baseless, or debunked claims.”

“Nevertheless, Hunter is eager to have the opportunity, in a public forum and at the right time, to discuss these matters with the Committee,” he added.

I've been trying to find the actual subpoena, I did read it once and don't recall it stating as either in public or in private, but hell I don't trust my memory that much....

1. Did his press conference outside the Senate and his odd appearance today hurt or help his cause? It’s almost a certainty he will be held in contempt of Congress. Then the decision to prosecute or not is up to the DOJ.
If was a great stunt, upstaging the Republican stunt of an investigation.
2. Did his acts of defiance make it easier or harder for the DOJ to not prosecute? The prostitute chasing, coke sniffing son of a sitting president, (currently facing several felony charges), giving Congressional investigators the middle finger is hardly a sympathetic figure.
Hey if Trump gets his way on Presidential immunity appeal, who cares, Joe can just do whatever the fuck he wants, legal or not....*chuckles* as the chickens start to come home to roost, because Trump will throw the Presidency, country or anything else under the bus to save his ass.....
3. Is he helping his dad politically? Wouldn’t Biden prefer directing the national news cycle to his campaign themes rather than Hunter’s baggage?
This stunt did help his father, and any other elected politician who has any type of integrity.....

i was referencing a comment Fuzzy made. If I had used “say” instead of “note” would it have made a difference?
I’m selfish and for equality.
When you give me a 3 bullet point breakdown of why republicans responsible for making the laws of the land can then ignore subpoenas THEN I’ll take serious your Hunter Hot Takes.

lol. You don’t have to answer the questions I raised.

But 1174 AND Fuzzy did. Right now, I’m serving you as a convenient deflection so I’m yielding. Go ahead and reply to his response. I will watch and read.

For what exactly? Don't expect us to believe you still buy that nonsense about it being her fault the National Guard wasn't called in.

Ineedhelp1 believes it alright..

ineedhelp1 also can’t explain why the corrupt orange traitor and the cabal of insurrectionists withheld the information from the Capitol Police, etc, that the corrupt orange traitor was going to order a march on the Capitol.

ineedhelp1 should read this:

https://abcnews.go.com/amp/US/organ...formation-changed-security/story?id=105747804

From the article, citing the OIG report:

“The report added that Women for America First "intentionally failed to disclose information" about the planned march on the Capitol. During a Dec. 29 phone call with a park ranger, event planners explicitly said that WFAF did not plan to march to the Capitol on Jan. 6, the report said. Permits revised as late as Jan. 5 stated that WFAF would "not conduct an organized march from the Ellipse at the conclusion of the rally."

At the same time, evidence reviewed by the OIG found that WFAF expected Trump to call for a march.

"POTUS expectations are intimate and then send everyone over to the Capitol," White House liaison texted a WFAF contractor on Jan. 3, according to the report.

"This stays only between us, we are having a second stage at the Supreme Court again after the ellipse. POTUS is going to have us march there/the Capitol ... It can also not get out about the march because I will be in trouble with the national park service and all the agencies but POTUS is going to just call for it 'unexpectedly,'" a WFAF representative texted on Jan. 4 to MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, who was a potential speaker at the event.

However, a park ranger said that the WFAF representative "was just adamant there was gonna be no march," according to the report.

Shown the text messages during the OIG investigation, a permit specialist involved in the planning process came to the conclusion that the WFAF lied in the process of obtaining their permit.

😑

ineedhelp1 and every other RWCJ member should read and comprehend that report, and then they should APOLOGIZE to Nancy Pelosi, law enforcement, and the nation.

I cannot recall a day like this every happening in Congress.
Hunter Biden came to Washington DC today, kicked ass and took names.
The Republican party is still shell-shocked as we speak.
OAN and Fox cannot seem to come up with talking points.
"Yeah He Came But He RAN! He RAN AWAY!" seems to be the consensus, but it's not getting any real traction.
Ahahahahahahahahaha, delusional clown.

Pelosi’s kangaroo commission was unconstitutional right out of the gate. Pelosi’s commission didn’t follow their own rules. The commission lost all credibility. It lacked basic due process and cross examination. It was a vengeance commission against Trump.
RobinetteDownSouth thinks he "kicked ass." He kicked the ass of his horse so he could leave in a cloud of dust as soon as he determined that MTG was about to go full-blown beast mode on him.:D

It's sad that you believe that MTG is your intellectual superior.
