Hunter Biden shows up unexpectedly to upset the carefully choreographed Republican Congressional Hearing today.

Nancy Mace was visibly flustered, her prepared opening remarks all had to do with Biden's "cowardice" in NOT showing up, she was forced to adlib and got more and more upset.

The Marjorie Taylor Greene had her turn and got up and began lobbing verbal shitbombs like the classy dame she is.

Biden smiled. picked up his papers, and quietly walked out of the hearing.

You can't dooooooooooo that!

The recourse is that they can refer him to the DoJ for contempt. And they should.

Not cheering anything on....except for the flailing circus show that Republicans continue to produce.

What laws have been broken?

According to Trump's own lawyers argument the President can just order the DOJ to drop the investigation, since that would be within the official powers of a President. Hell Biden could put the "hit" on Jordan and Comer, end the whole show. Since there is no way to get to a super majority, he can't be impeached, and if Congress can't impeach him,he can't be charged with a crime.

a citizen. Isn’t that the DOJ’s job?
 
And the MAGAs complain that Washington is a shambles! Catching the Chairman in a blatant lie was priceless, Mace was incompetent, Green at least was consistent - with her usual idiocy. Moskowitz was superb. Traditional GOP supporters must be squirming with embarrassment.

I cannot recall a day like this every happening in Congress.
Hunter Biden came to Washington DC today, kicked ass and took names.
The Republican party is still shell-shocked as we speak.
OAN and Fox cannot seem to come up with talking points.
"Yeah He Came But He RAN! He RAN AWAY!" seems to be the consensus, but it's not getting any real traction.

Also, you must have missed all those republicans who did not comply with a subpoena being placed into evidence.

And while you’re clutching your pearls about dems on the disembowelment of the rule of law, you also must have missed the part where it was explained that the committee gave Hunter the choice of appearing at an open or closed session, he chose open public one and then they subpoenaed him for a closed session anyway.

To be fair, thanks to President Biden, authoritarians and terrorists like Putin, Xi, Khamanei, Hamas, ISIS, etc, aren’t laughing. And it sounds like the Houthi rebels aren’t going to be laughing either.
