September Film Challenge 🎬

I’m surprised no one has mentioned this one…yet. I remember I had just got done with my thesis and my then boyfriend told me to watch this movie, so I picked it up on my way back from the store and after couple hours of sleep I put it on and then I just laughed and laughed
Thesis? Was it on the affects of Roofies?

I’m historically more a Chinese/Cinerama Dome (rip for now, fingers crossed) guy. But the El Capitan is a great place too.

I haven't been to a movie at the Chinese Theater since I was too young to remember, but I did recreate its exterior as part of an LBP2 level that won me a PS Move!
Last time I was at the Cinerama Dome was for a screening of Talk to Her hosted by AFI that included a talk with Geraldine Chaplin (Charlie's daughter and an actress herself) after the movie.
Hollywood Bowl is also a great place to watch a movie under the stars with the LA Philharmonic playing the score live!

Ok now I have to check it out. I love Heathers
It’s much less dry than Heathers. I honestly prefer it, but I think that’s more a function of comedy writing and sensibilities having evolved. Heathers is iconic.

And I’m resisting hard the urge to name a second movie I don’t think anyone else has mentioned yet 🤣
