Do you know a sexual camel?

While answering a thread on how frequent I have sex I had a thought. I generally have sex once about every 8-12 months. My wife and I have very different needs sexually, or well, a different sense of urgency about sexual gratification. I like it and always want more when it comes to sex..,it’s like crack to me..,have to get my fix.

My wife is different in that once she is satisfied, she is good for a very long time…sort of like a camel.

A camel has humps (no pun intended) to sustain it. Once it’s had its fill, it’s good to go without for quite a distance.

It would be safe to bet most Lit folk are not like the camel….but how many here on Lit know at least one?

I had never thought of it like that but I guess most people are camels, it is just that they have different periods between needing humps.

I have periods when I "need" it every day, or even more frequently, and others when after a good hump I could go a week before the need is really building. I've been I'm relationships with women whose hump period is months.

I think I may be a sexual camel. My need for sex, the need to actually ejaculate and orgasm, has never been that strong in me, even in my prime, my late teens and twenties, once a fortnite was enough. These days, it's a few times a year on birthdays and anniversaries that is all I need. I can understand this. I have gone long stretches without wanting or needing sex with a partner. Less long without masturbating. There are so so so many factors that come into play, particularly for women. One huge influencer is my cycle. I nearly always get horny when I ovulate. I love that boost to my libido.
