I get it, some people tried to cancel this song because they don't understand the flirty context of the time. However, I love it just as it is, and will go on the record as saying that the newer version sucks nickels.

It's hard to find something more moving than the Bach Cello Suites... plus, Yo-Yo Ma plays beautifully... and I luv his quote at the beginning. Superb.
(Huge bonus points for an earlier post where you said that your kids were excellent cellists, too. Very cool.)

But I saw that there was a 'duet' theme coming up, and I thought of this song a couple days ago... then it was a total coincidence that you posted a beautiful Yo-Yo Ma performance yesterday, and now I feel like a dick for posting a song with this title. I'm not teasing you... that's not my style. This was just an unfortunate coincidence. Very sorry! Hope we're all cool, Tigobitties.)

There are so many different kinds of "adventures" to go on, and I'm not sure which type I'm in the mood for... a classic journey, or a heroic quest... an exciting exploration, of new lovers taking the trip through each other's bodies and minds (my favourite kind)... or perhaps that inward journey, to understand one's own psyche and soul, which may be as peaceful, pleasurable, or volatile as any more outward adventure. I just can't decide. Fortunately, this song kicks off a gorgeous album that explores 'all' of these adventures, and more...
