These look very sexy on but at a price. A former GF bought these after we both saw them and liked it (Macy's). However they had a, for lack of a better term, rubberery band behind the lace on top. It was to help keep them in place I:m sure. However wear them out for an evening in the city and ouch! By the time we got home my GF had welts at the top of her legs from the rubbing. She actually took them off on the train, that painful. She looked at 2 other offers and they had the same issue. So end of the sexy thigh highs. This was in the early naughts awhile ago so maybe things have changed.
