“Adjacent” is a more apt definition/connotation and watching it now is perfectly fine, we can agree on that. But Christmas movies are supposed to have at least one Christmas-related lesson in them, and the only lesson in Die Hard is “don’t jump off Nakatomi Plaza in slow motion”. The fact that it’s set at Christmas is a coincidence, not a factor in the movie itself.Die Hard is set around an office Christmas Party, thus making it a Christmas adjacent film making it perfectly acceptable to watch for the season.
Be a rebel and wait until January to watch it.I feel the need to confess I've played the computer game but I've never watched Die Hard.
I appreciate the commitment to putting your face in an AV while also NOT putting your face in an AVI feel the need to confess I've played the computer game but I've never watched Die Hard.
I don't know, I think you could reasonably argue "love makes us do crazy things" is a pretty standard Xmas film trope and you can't say raiding a building full of terrorist to save a spouse, especially an estranged one, isn't a crazy thing.“Adjacent” is a more apt definition/connotation and watching it now is perfectly fine, we can agree on that. Wankers indeedMore so, said office Christmas Party takes place on Christmas eve. That's the only thing that's always bugged me about that movie. What kind of fucking company holds their Christmas staff party on Christmas fucking Eve!?!?!?!?
Awesome news! Welcome back to daylight! And, fastest job interview ever. I shall be going to days -08:30 to 16:30, no weekends, pay raise, and I keep my carand two holidays a year that I have to work.
My wfe has an entire recorded library:Mmmmmhm. This year I think I’ll do hallmark Christmas movies. I’ve never done them before

I feel asleep during one and woke up and another one was on, I don’t notice it had changed for 30 minutes.Mmmmmhm. This year I think I’ll do hallmark Christmas movies. I’ve never done them before
I don’t think I’ve ever liked you more.Christmas is central to the plot in Die Hard. Hans and the boys deliberately choose the day of the Christmas party for the heist because the building will be low staffed and most people will be in one place.
More than that though, it's a Christmas movie plot. Hard working guy who isn't really looking forward to Christmas has an experience which makes him realise that family and togetherness are the most important things. It even snows at the end, admittedly it's barer bonds rather than snowflakes but it still snows.
Like Survivor, I feel like the title is a lie.Anyone watching the new Squid Game competition show?
Congratulations darling! And, fastest job interview ever. I shall be going to days -08:30 to 16:30, no weekends, pay raise, and I keep my carand two holidays a year that I have to work.

I’m gonna need that in a sound clip so I can use it as a ring tone.
