Nahh, that's not what you "actually" said. You said cops, like dogs, need to have their asses whipped to let them know who is really the fucking Alpha.

Most normal people never promote getting violent with dogs, let alone cops.

This is the problem of mixing mental illness with guns. We see the result every day in our society when some armed macho guy snaps.

About this meltdown you're having...

Shopping stocks now myself. Looking for a well figured claro walnut in a traditional configuration. That'll be the last of the special big bucks parts. The rest are basically 'bolt on,' Timney trigger and a muzzle brake.

For those not paying attention the courts have vacated both the frames and receivers and pistol brace rules as proposed by the ATF. Both ruling ARE going to be challenged but the prospects of reversals are slim, the concurring opinions of the courts are sound. Bad day for the 'gun grabbers.'

Kinda like hot rodding but a bit different.

Been getting into stripping this one stock. The heavy one. Oddly, one is noticeably heavier than the other. The grain looks promising.

Yup. Engines, suspensions, and paint jobs.

Hey thanks...

I used to watch the gun guys on YouTube, and while they serve a purpose, they tend to over-sensationalize. I would see a headline, read it, and realize it was just some judge on some circuit court making a ruling and not really a "Supreme Court" ruling. Now I pay attention to posts like these so as gun laws are more firmly established, I know.

Thanks for posting.

Moison Nagant M91/30 PU Sniper Rifle used by the Soviet Army in WWII. It used the 7.62x54mm round.

Perhaps, but not the best example of sniper capabilities.

They used a lot of female snipers during that era, and unfortunately never trained them well. As German snipers later admitted, while skilled, they never were trained how to mask their movements, and many were picked off because they chose to hide in trees, and other tell-tale spots where they could be detected. I think the round just lacks a punch for how much lead it is moving through the air.

Myself, I would like a 50 caliber sniper rifle but it is useless on my farm. My longest shot possible is 3/4 of a mile. :-(

I find that a lot of car folks and bike folks have a side interest in firearms. One guy explained it as the "gizmoness" of it, and I get that. Sharp appearance, good lines, nice finish and fit. Speaking of, and ad for a commemorative 1911 appeared in my inbox with all of its elaborate photos and such.

No for Wat - his stuff is/are shooters, or subject to be.

This and the constant grubbing for money are the reasons Wat stopped reading or having anything to do with that big gun organization which can remain nameless decades ago.

Yes and you can sleep peacefully while a segment of the next generation keeps getting gunned down at school....
It's so much better if they can be taken out McVeigh-style.
Or, lock all the doors and set the building on fire.
Or, a good, old-fashioned sword attack.
Eventually the guns wi show up
and sort the situation out.

🕶️

I'm not a joiner.
That's just a way to get on a list.
The Left gets quite violent and disregards your rights, when you're on a list...

If they cannot take away your guns, they'll go for your family and make their life a living hell.

It's the same thing they do with judges who won't just rubber-stamp the righteous issue fo the day.

You don't want to be in their crosshairs when they're triggered. They simply don't believe in clean kills, just mass culls.

Cults. Whatever. ;) ;)

Oh look, another complicit idiot chimes in....do you think you're a poet?

There's a lot to be said for not joining. Then again, being a part of something is better than all of nothing.

Not strange at all in the context of one of the highest death-rates related to firearms in the world. Not strange at all in the context of mass murders in schools. Not strange at all in the context of insurrectionists on this thread wanting to disarm FBI and IRS agents.

Were you born under a rock? Some of us want to ban or severely restrict access to military grade weapons. We don't put up with the macho crap on this thread. Get used to seeing some push-back, because it will continue.

Where in the world did you get the idea that I am 'pro-gun'? I'm not.

As I explained they are only tools. Tools specifically designed to kill. They don't even have the excuse of being hunting weapons once upon a time as they came into existence for the purpose of killing human beings.

So, in my opinion, people that possess firearms should be carefully vetted and trained. Currently, in the States, the only requirement for possessing a firearm is a pulse.

As I said in my post, Bele and Lokai.

Nonsense. There is a required background check for every firearm purchased through a gun store. It is run through the national database.

I bought Junior a rifle he really wanted when he was 18.

It seems that IMI ammo is drying up. Looks like they have need of it back home.
