The West brought in the JCPOA and for those few years, the Western/Iran dialog's were changing, then Trump fucked it up. But the fact remains that their stock in trade is extortion and murder and they are totally dependent on their beneficiaries to fund their activities and the income from those benefactors allow the Hamas types in turn to sustain their 'service providers.' This is an ancestral economic model.
