I have to take out my earbuds and put my phone speaker up to my ear to hear you. But, it's worth it. You have a nice voice.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and I use an Otterbox case. I think the microphone on mine is at the bottom but I have no clue to be honest. It may be at the top.

Also very quickly, are you recording into your phone or into headphones? And if it is into the phone do the headphones still show as attached?

You should see a little hole next to the charging port on the bottom of your phone..that's the microphone. No hole, no go. Lol

In fairness, their directions were spot on. It was not covered by the case but it may have had some debris in there.

I will test it out when the opportunity arises.
