The current President has already attempted to change enforcement so any asylum case outside of port entry was immediately rejected and they were deported and that enforcement process was struck down by the courts.

SCOTUS ruled that State AGs lack standing to challenge Biden’s immigration policy but congress can.

They didn’t rule of favor of Biden’s policy. Biden’s use of asylum parole is being bastardized and leaves our states in an untenable situation. Our AG is complicit for allowing the bastardization of the asylum parole process, should be impeached right along with Biden. Our congress is feckless and partisan. We need to fix how we spend and how we control tax revenue. 2029 the interest on the debt will be 1.2 trillion. Just think how we could spend that on needed project instead.
