Did you see the report yesterday and the Israeli response when confronted that the video Israel showed of the hospital attack wasn't a video from being launched from Gaza?

It's not a lie. Death tolls, for example, are typically released by the victim faction much higher than reality and are adjusted down as independent sources verify. That's just a very simple and obvious demonstration of the effect.
