The movie is called The Lost. B-movie horror featuring Erin Brown aka Misty Mundae, who made many such 'erotic horror' films, mostly softcore, and pretty schlocky.

Interesting about Misty Mundae - do a search on just that name and you’ll need to turn off adult-content filtering if you want to see pics. Nearly all are nudes. I’ll admit she does give pubic hair a good name, though.
