Wat's Guns-N-Stuff Thread

When you deal with a simple mind, you will be dealt simple solutions.

Human violence! Gun bans will abrogate those urges!

I may drive my personal truck to work today so I don't have to juggle tools. And so I don't hit my fucking head getting in and out of it.

I might drive a bit too fast . . . .

One thing that's consistent in this thread, are the ammosexuals who are trying waaaaaay too hard to look like intellectuals. You can tell they're fighting an image. 🤔
They create their macho image with posts of bravado about military hardware, blended with resentment against the government. Then when one of their fellow gun-nuts transfers that resentment to his immediate personal crisis and unleashes a spray of bullets on innocents (NOT the government), they post defensively for a week or so.

What a sad way to exist, and what a destructive cycle of violence to promote.

People who value their 2A Rights would not want anything to hamper buying weapons now or in the future, so instead of getting mental health help when they are going through a troubling time in their life, they would go without. This would make way for more unstable people in the population.
Look at this whole thread. Constantly firing and obsessing about extremely lethal weapons while expressing paranoia about law enforcement officials IS a form of mental illness.

They're just trying to make themselves feel better about being part of the American culture of gun violence and death. Oh and they get to chuckle to themselves about how they think this thread owns the libs and love how they think it bothers the folks who want additional gun control measures.

Ironically it's a testament to their insecurities and how small of people they are.

Laws and regulations are feel-good measures that are always reactive and, by their very nature, cannot be proactive because no-one can foresee what "might" happen.

Every time there is a disaster or tragedy, the political thing is to call for laws and regulations, not one of which has a philosophical tinker's chance of abrogating basic human nature and brazing us together as one.

It's understandable because we all do that sort of thing. The difference between those who make the clarion call for more restrictions on freedom and those who don't is that those who step back and take another look at what happened and why are using their heads for something other than a hat rack.

It must be something other than this. Otherwise we wouldn't walk proudly with our heads held high.

Hey, speaking of not being a pussy, Wat just clicked to purchase a M15A2NM. Helladeal, too. Junior has one and it holds tiny circles at 100 yards.

I guess that cover October's One Gun A month.

Well, we have a few at Chez Wat, but we added a match rifle. I always liked the traditional look, too.

And actually, that would be November's acquisition, done a few days early.

If I remember correctly the Aramlite is a lot like the Colt. The buffer spring has a unique and pronounced tone to it.

I don't.

I waited and observed for a long time and then I reached the conclusion that Rory and Chipbutty are small-minded, hateful, illiterate haters of everything that shames them by being a measuring schtick of fair comparison.

In reality, I could have jumped to that conclusion after two posts, for both posters, but I endeavored long and hard to afford them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, who has any doubt about their true and frustrated nature?

They whine, they hate, they attempt to belittle, therefore, they must be. Right?

Fuck Rory. Rory don't surf!

He proudly puts on his water wings one arm at a time and doggie-paddles as close to the beach as possible.

Chipbutty can't get her hair wet, it's knotted too tight in a prim, school-marmish bun and covered with a proper headscarf.

It was very noticeable, and mildly annoying, when I first got the Colt. After a while I didn't notice it at all. Now I don't shoot the Colt all that often and I notice it again............and just chuckle. I think that sound is where the 'made by Mattel' label came from.

Probably so. That and the plastic buttstock. If I had to give some shitbird the ol' battle rifle (not carbine) buttstroke, I'd like to have a nice piece of walnut to do it with. Or birch. Or synthetic.

Those damned things are fucking hard!!

That is true.

I bought it in the early 80's, somewhere around $700 as I recall. It's now marketed as the M16A1 Retro Classic with a $2,400 price tag. I quit shooting it because the 1:12 twist won't stabilize the heavier bullets.

Haha.
Just checkin in to see how y’all were doing.
I can see the head held high crowd has found their nerves to start speaking again after STFUp the day after the shooting.
What a bunch pussies the coward inhabitants of this thread are.

In the interests of fairness I thought we should draw a line and start afresh. No more poking fun at men and their obsession with cock, sorry glock size and potency. No more cheap shots or firing insults for today is a brand new day where we can hopefully see how long America can go without a random gun spree or school massacre.

To be honest, I think America can do this! I mean, I’m not putting money on it, but you do have my hopes and prayers and that counts for a lot with you guys, so here’s - oh, hang on, just getting a report of a mass shooting in Tampa, Florida…

…well, this is awkward.

Yup, cocks-'o-the-walk with heads held high, once again strutting while town after town mourns the result of the 'Murkkkan death cult that desperately wants to prove they aren't pussies.

Petty little cynical cowards, hiding from life, and glorifying death.
