The rocket did not explode in mid air. The rocket mechanisms separated in mid air and split into two parts. One part hit a hospital.

Islamic jihad has rockets in Gaza. One was faulty and hit a hospital. They do not have, as this was not, "multi stage missiles".

I'm staying a fact. Whether or not an oil company chooses to drill on the land they have leased is their choice. Oil production is at a record high because they have chosen to drill more. There is no other reason.

There is also no reason why their CEO couldn't take a pay cut to benefit their company and Americans. Their salaries are arbitrary and excessive.
