Ask Me A Question v9.26.21

I second sadieanne's questions lol.

I wish I'd had a paranormal experience but I think they don't like that I'm down bad for an apparition lol.

Do you believe in demons and/or possession?

Wait, let’s derail for a moment! What ones do you believe in? Have you always?

Okay, for the derail:

I'm Native America (Lakota/Sioux) and so, since I was a little kid, I've lived in a world where the spirit world is a thin curtain away. Just a handful of the superstitions I adhere to:
-If you see an owl walking on the ground, not like an owl, but like a person, it's a sign of impending death, so be wary. (Not necessarily your death, but that you will come into contact with death within a day or two.)
-If you find a bird feather, especially a pin feather, you should pick it up and take it home and give it a place of honor in your home, because it's a charm from the Bird Tribe to protect you or help you.
-If you have unknown noises in your house (poltergeist activity), you should make a bowl of wasna (corn meal and dried berries) and set it outside your door with something to drink (a cup of coffee is good), to let the spirits know they can visit you, but they shouldn't come into your house. Don't put it in the house, cause then you're just inviting them in.
-Whenever you have a party or get together, you should always make a plate of food and something to drink and set it beside the front door (outside) for the spirits of your relatives.
-If you should find an item of the natural world in an unnatural place, you should take it as a charm and either keep it (if you need it) or look around at your friends and relatives, find someone who needs it, and give it to them.
-If someone dreams about something of yours, you should give it to them, especially if they dream about an item of clothing. It will protect them and give them good medicine.

LOL - I have a lot of superstitions. Those are just some of them.

As for demons and possessions - no I don't.

What's the funniest thing you've ever seen an animal do?

Wow. That’s so cool. Thanks for sharing!

Ok back to the questions!

The funniest thing I've seen an animal do was my dog rubbing her back on the rug. We call it "fish out of water" because of how she flops around.

Where are your most prominent tan lines?

Right now, I have no tan lines because I am down under and the warmer weather is just beginning. I always end up with annoying tan lines on my feet. I can't wear strappy sandals or Hubby picks on me.

What is your favourite weird thing to eat?

I’m not into “weird” food - picky eater. But every now and then I will crave the nostalgia of my childhood and have a bologna sandwich in soft white bread with a little bit of miracle whip and BBQ potato chips (in the sandwich). Reminds me of summer days running around the neighborhood with bare feet.

What’s one good you just cannot manage to eat no matter what?

Well...I don't think there's really quite anything in that category, but organ meats in general. Not fond of liver, etc. I really avoid it. I've managed to eat them sometimes, when I had to. But....

What is your go to comfort food?

I don't comfort eat, but I would say any sort of pie makes me smile.

If you neighbor was inadvertently flashing you through a window in their house - would you tell them, or just enjoy the view?

Neither. I'd be too embarrassed to say anything and too uncomfortable to enjoy the view regardless of how enjoyable it might be 🤣

If you had to pick, would you rather be uncomfortably cold or uncomfortably hot?

Uncomfortably hot (assuming I wasn't going to die from heat exhaustion). When it's hot there are lot more things you can do to find relief. When you're cold, you're just cold.

What's the hottest you've ever been? (LOL - and you can answer that physically or sexually).

Last summer when the power was out for 5 days in the middle of a heat wave. I remember being so hot I was angry. I was dying!

When were you the coldest ever?

Cold is weird. I've been in -50 F, which is cold, but the coldest I ever felt was at about freezing and I was wet, so I start to catch hypothermia. That was truly miserable.

Does cloud cover influence your moods?

Unfortunately so. It never did when I was younger. I preferred overcast or rainy days. Now I get kinda bummed out.

What are your thoughts on ethical non-monogamy?

I am a practitioner. For me, it's the lifestyle that made (and makes) the most sense. Be honest. Be committed. Allow room for sexual exploration.

What did you do to resolve the last ethical dilemma you found yourself in?

LOL...um...well, I guess I just pretended it wasn't a dilemma. Compartmentalization is great! Seems like it's going to go away anyway.

When did you take a stand for what was right even though you knew you wouldn't win?

About two months ago in front of the entire BOE.

When is the last time you stuck up for someone?

Right now I would have to say writing. I have the advantage of being able to write at work, and have been writing a book for the past year. I’ve also written some erotica for here, but I write those at home.
Since mpeter forgot to ask a question...What's your biggest hobbie? from above.

Woodworking

What is your highest number of sexual partners in the shortest period of time?
