"Diversity and inclusion" is a liberal strategy for Democrats to pose as "progressive" while they actually keep the capitalist status quo that enriches billionaires intact. Notice how class is at the bottom of their list on all this "diversity" while race is at the top. So we basically have Democrats and Republicans engaging in culture wars, one with "diversity and inclusion" and the other with old fashioned racism, while the real system and divide remains intact. It suits the establishment politicians, on both big parties, to have those culture wars dominate while they keep enriching billionaires and war industries at our expense.
