George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley reacted to former Hunter Biden business associate Devon Archer's closed-door testimony on Monday, concluding that the Biden family influence peddling scheme is “shaping up to be one of the greatest corruption scandals in the history of Washington.”

Turley noted that it’s clear President Biden lied on the campaign trail and as commander in chief about what he knew of his son Hunter’s business dealings.

“That’s clearly false,” Turley said. “I mean, these are accounts of almost two dozen calls made with these associates, some of whom are the most corrupt figures in Europe, where the vice president would call in.That’s the point of influence peddling. When Archer says that he was there to sell the brand, the brand is influence peddling, and Joe Biden is the object of that influence peddling.”

Even as a long-time critic of influence peddling, Turley said he’s never seen anything like Biden family.

Take note that Turley is a celebrated legal mind in the Democrat sphere and elsewhere. He sees the evidence of what many of us already knew. Joe Biden's primary occupation in the US has been as a foreign agent in the service of our enemies and others. He's been paid to make policy decisions favorable to foreign entities. In other words, he has betrayed our country.

"The argument," Pergram said, "was that then-Vice President Joe Biden brought the most value to 'the brand.' Archer also stated that Burisma would have gone under if not for 'the brand.'"

He testified that Hunter Biden, along with Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky, "called DC" to get help from then VP Joe Biden "regarding the Ukrainina prosecutor Viktor Shokin."

Shokin was famously investigating Burisma on corruption charges when Joe Biden swooped in and demanded that he be fired, accusing him of corruption. Burisma CEO Zlochevsky reportedly paid off the Bidens to the tune of $10,000,000 for this service, per a disclosure from an FBI informant.

Joe Biden later bragged about having the prosecutor fired, and said it was over Shokin being corrupt. He did not disclose that his son sat on the board, or that Burisma wanted Shokin fired, yet per Archer, he had been contacted by representatives from the company specifically for that purpose.

The 5 million to Joe and the 5 million to Hunter paid by the CEO of Burisma paid for something and it wasn't Hunter's vast knowledge of the energy business.

Biden got $5million and his kid got $5million, from Burisma, orchestrated by Hunter, in exchange for VP Biden pressuring the President of Ukraine to fire Shokin, with $1billion in U.S. loan guarantees being withheld until he did. Obama knew. (“Call him.”) That makes Obama complicit in the Quid pro quo. The real question is, does this rise to the level of treason?

To save his own skin, Obama’s, his son’s and likely others, IMHO, Biden should pardon Hunter, himself, Trump and put an end to all of this senseless litigation!
