There are several strings of evidence that US attorneys refuse, for what ever reason, to pull. There seems to be simmerring in the halls of the FBI that an FBI agent tampered with evidence, 17 taped conversations disappeared, will probably never see the light of day and yet not one US prosecuting attorney has taken the initiative to investigate the possibility of 10 million dollar transfers to LLC accounts, possible extortion. You democrats are so filled with hatred towards Trump you're willing to look the other way when your own favored president may be compromised. *SAD*

I had never heard of Form FD-1023 prior to this investigation. Thanks to the persistent work by Grassley and Comer, the public knows about it now despite strong resistance and objections by the FBI.

The reason the FBI had strong objections is because the release of the document could expose the manner and source who provided the information.

It was not about the information itself. Reading the document, if you were a person in the know, you could most likely back trail how the information was gather.

Who spoke to the wife? You know what, maybe that information shouldn't be public, but you're just to fucking blinded by getting "Hunter" to let critical thinking get in the way!!

Democrat or republican, there’s a moral as well as a legal standard and code legal beagles take an oath to uphold regardless of party affiliation. I read Comshaw’s response and it’s hard to argue against it, but when the slightest of evidence is investigated to the point of manufacturing or manipulating facts against one party while other evidence against another party is ignored or not acted on in a timely manner then equal application of the law flies in the face of true justice. Lady justice is no longer blind. What good is a law degree and license to practice if you pick and choose who’s guilty and who’s not by hiding behind the veil of prosecutorial discretion. Prosecutorial discretion doesn’t mean only prosecute people ya don’t like.

It’s now being reported that per Comer, Archer has cancelled for “personal reasons and scheduling conflicts.” They are now aiming for Thursday but it’s not clear if that is firm.

I’m still having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that 51 intelligence agents signed a letter promoting the laptop was Russian disinformation all the while the FBI had the laptop in their possession and did nothing to set the story straight.
