I can relate to this. Team comfy robe and a glass of wine all the way. But just one glass for me. Anything more than that and I'll be focused on... much different things than writing.

If I’m home, it’s a cami and boyshorts or yoga pants, depending on the weather. If I’m at the office, I’m in regular clothes until I’m in my office, then the pants come off. Because fuck pants, and thank glob for door locks. Though this is all my default. I need to try that robe and wine thing one of these evenings.

It’s weird, I just can’t imagine writing nude.

I mean I have naked and semi-naked people running about my head so the least I can do is be respectful and turn up in my work clothes.

Does anyone else tend to write their erotica in the nude?

For me it started as I often write in bed, before I go to sleep, and I tend to write best when I'm at least slightly turned-on.

Now I rarely wear anything at all when I'm at my laptop, even if that's meant making a few hasty exits from the living room when my flatmate comes home earlier than expected!

If you've never tried it maybe have a go, it's meant to get the creative juices flowing.
