Republican Congressman Clay Higgins assaults man on streets of DC

Even the evidence that’s been made public this week is incriminating. Ultimately the determination of guilt is up to the jury, but there’s definitely enough to justify a trial.
Not if you know the law and only if you're too blind to see that this is just another act of corruption by the FBI and Democrats to undermine the third election. Not if you're too politically blind to see the double standard in the DOJ and the FBI. No evidence has been presented, only phony charges and the uninformed narratives of people like you in the media who are always ready to jump on the lynching bandwagon. I've already posted the findings of the federal judge in the case involving Bill Clinton and his documents in 2012 that will be exploited by the Trump defense team. The DOJ knows this but their job here is to dirty up Trump and hinder his ability to be elected. His only crime is that he is running. Your job is to remain uninformed and simply go along with what you're being told.

The findings and decision in the Clinton case decimates the indictment and charges against Trump.

I think there's a way, or should be a way, to name Obama, Clinton, Biden, Pence, and Hillary as unindicted co-conspirators in a strategy which includes the 14th Amendment as part of the defense.

I agree their case involving the Presidential Documents Act is done, but I think that is why Smith charged him under the Espionage Act and its prohibitions about the possession of "national defense information." Supposedly Trump waved a classified document in a recorded conversation but it can't be found or identified as containing "national defense information." Then there is the criminality engaged in by Smith that might sink his case as well.

The problem with the espionage act charges is that Trump has previously said (before the video came out so not something cooked up after the fact) that he declassified all the docs in his possession. Ergo, not what Smith claims happened because declassified docs can't contain "National Defense Information."

That too. good point.

It will play out as it goes down, but in the end it's problematic for the D's in power.

If they convict, they're going to have issues on where to put an ex President in a prison facility while he waits on the outcome of his appeal. Or let the world's most despised convicted traitor walk around free holding huge rallies all over the place while he appeals.

That's not to mention that the next R President is going to hang all of those involved under the same charges unless conservatives elect a pacifist pussy who will roll over for the D's. Something I don't see happening in today's hyper-partisan world. So if they convict Trump they should expect a scorched earth policy that will leave Lucifer wondering if his furnace quit working. Especially if Trump gets reelected because he won't have to worry about reelection or good will from the voters. He can go full bore revenge and get away with it.

Biden, Hillary, Pence, Obama, and Bill all sharing a cell in a Super Max would be interesting. The SS can clean out an entire wing so they can have it all to themselves for security. 23 Hrs per day, locked down in their cells and the other hour still locked down in their cells because of the risk to them by other prisoners and/or guards with guns. It could get really interesting very quick if that happens.

There really is only 1 solution. They need to immediately remove Biden and "forget" about the Fed indictment while telling Bragg that he needs to retire and shut down his case too. How they're going to manage to do that is also problematic given the media propaganda monster they've created but that's what they need to do. The carrot in that deal is that if he goes, however he goes, the corruption thing also goes away. Otherwise, he and the rest of his family are going to get the stick.

If they can do it, Kackles will have to be "told" who to nominate for her VP. I suggest Tulsi because she's served and understands chain of command. Not ideal but it kicks Governor Nuisance to the curb where he belongs.

You have been fed a load of crap, and now you’re crapping out crap from someone else’s crap.

“We will fight against this oppression. We are indeed, with every ounce of spirit, fighting against the insidious evil that threatens our beloved Republic, but We the People must fight against oppression legally, peacefully, and within the parameters of our Constitution,” Higgins concluded.

on social media, he reverted to the sort of language he used before—ott military-speke nonsense—this time, though, telling crowing about 'manipulating' but warning them to 'hold'
“Patriots, we’ve manipulated the MSM to establish deep commo, now copy this… do NOT trip the wire they’ve laid for you. Maintain your family. Live your life. Know your bridges. Hold,” he tweeted on Saturday.
Let Trump handle Trump, he’s got this. We use the Constitution as our only weapon. Peace. Hold.

what a dick

so i went to check and, just as i thought, this cunt never served a day in the USA military. His 'Kentucky colonel' ranking was awarded to him by the governor

to be clear, it's supposed to represent the following:
Kentucky Colonel is the highest title of honor bestowed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and is the best-known of a number of honorary colonelcies conferred by United States governors.[1] A Kentucky Colonel Commission (the certificate) is awarded in the name of the Commonwealth by the Governor of Kentucky to individuals with "Honorable" titular style recognition preceding the names of civilians aged 18 or over, for noteworthy accomplishments, contributions to civil society, remarkable deeds, or outstanding service to the community, state, or a nation.[2]

now if we take a peek at his 'service' as a police officer:
At age 18, Higgins enlisted in the Military Police Corps of the Louisiana National Guard, serving for six years (1979–85) and reaching the rank of staff sergeant.[4][5][6]

He worked for several years as a manager of car dealerships.[3]

Local law enforcement[edit]
In 2004, Higgins became a patrol officer for the Opelousas City police department. By 2007, police chief Perry Gallow was prepared to take major disciplinary action against Higgins. In a letter to the city council, he wrote, "Clay Higgins used unnecessary force on a subject during the execution of a warrant and later gave false statements during an internal investigation...although he later recanted his story and admitted to striking a suspect in handcuffs and later releasing him".[7] Higgins resigned before disciplinary action could be imposed.
and
In 2011, he joined the St. Landry Parish sheriff's office. After the office's public information officer was reassigned in October 2014, Higgins was appointed to the position and promoted to captain.[3][8] As public information officer, Higgins made videos for the parish Crime Stoppers program. He first used standard scripts, but began to improvise in his own style, appealing to suspects to surrender and sometimes threatening them by name.[9] His videos went viral, and in 2015 he was described by national media as the "Cajun John Wayne" for his intimidating persona.[5] Sheriff Bobby Guidroz urged restraint, advising Higgins to refrain from personal comments about suspects and to keep a professional tone in his videos.[10]
Higgins also made a video for the state police, with a script that prompted protests from suspects' families and the ACLU. He resigned from the St. Landry Parish sheriff's office in February 2016.[11][12] Guidroz had warned him against using disrespectful and demeaning language about suspects, ordering him to "Tone down his unprofessional comments on our weekly Crime Stoppers messages".[13]

He issued a statement saying that Higgins's comments underlined "a growing undertone of insubordination and lack of discipline on Higgins' part".[14] Guidroz said that Higgins had gone against department policy by misusing his badge and uniform for personal profit and gain, citing Higgins's wearing a uniform in an ad for a security firm. He also reprimanded Higgins for using his badge and uniform on his personal website to support sales of T-shirts and shot glasses for his limited liability corporation (LLC). Higgins had also used the department's physical address in registering his corporation with the state. Both actions were against department policy.[10]

yeah, a real piece of maggaty shite, who clearly wields his 'Kentucky Colonel' honorary title to impress the stupid, using the military terminology he never used in military service since he, just like so many of the magat idols, never served in it.

National Guard is US Military.
yeah, but isn't it a 'reserve' unit? he defo comes across as a weekend warrior who's only ever played at being a soldier. Has he seen active service?

Has he seen active service?
No. He was a cop for a while (and - surprise surprise - he had a track record for excessive force and ignoring policies he didn't like), but never active military.

6-8 years in the guard and making E6, yes, he did some active time. May not have been a lot. May not have been combat. But still Active.

I did roughly the same time during roughly the same period and had enough Active credits to get a VA Mortgage and VA medical.

okay, so reservist military police... what does that actually entail?

"Members of the reserve components are generally required to perform, at a minimum, 39 days of military service per year. This includes monthly drill weekends and fifteen days of annual training (giving rise to the old slogan “one weekend a month, two weeks a year”). However, many members of the reserve components will perform well in excess of this amount, often in the realm of 120 to 179 days of combined drill duty and active duty per year. Personnel in this latter category are typically assigned to specialized combat units in the reserve components that require additional duty in order to maintain proficiency, such as pilots, flight officers and enlisted aircrewmen in flying units or special operations forces personnel (e.g., Army Special Forces, Navy SEALs, etc.) in SOF units."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reserve_components_of_the_United_States_Armed_Forces

"The Louisiana National Guard has both active and inactive (reserve) members as well as full and part-time members."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louisiana_National_Guard

i'm not knocking reservists: they give their time, as volunteers. I AM knocking the piece of shit higgins whose tactics of intimidation continue to this day

I suppose those facts where Kari Lake proved in court that the Maricopa County election commission did more than a few illegal things are "specious"? Or that suing to bring those illegal acts into the light so that no one can do them again is "unpopular"?

BTW, what ever happened to "count every vote" when there are literally TENS OF THOUSANDS of votes still uncounted in Maricopa County? How does that stack up against your "truth"? Or even "free and fair elections"?
Pipe down, Derpy. You truly are the champion of the stupid.

MPs are among the first to get called up for duty in Natural Disasters, Civil Disturbances or other events needing enhanced security. They can also be sent overseas if needed, but that probably didn't happen in the 80s.

There are only 334 million people in the US and many of them are children, disabled, elderly, hospitalized, incarcerated, etc. Of the able bodied, only a small number are as insane as KareBare.

Less than half of eligible voters voted for trump. She seems to think that will increase by 350%.
