What do you get out of nudity?

Lots of years ago I lived on a small horse ranch that butted up to a few hundred acres of state forest.

The first time I was really nude outside, my girlfriend had come over to go riding and I was still in bed. I woke up when she kicked at my feet. She laughed when she saw that I was naked. She grabbed my clothes and ran outside, so I went after her.

That was a fun morning, and after that I often did the chores nude, when the guy that owned the place wasn't there. And fairly often I ran a 3-mile trail in the woods nude also.

I like the freedom and also the "novelty" of being nude when it's not "normal," like in the shower, in bed, or having sex.

My wife seems either indifferent to my nudity

Almost 13 years ago I bought a farm/winery and moved there with my partner. He has no interest in agriculture, as he's a music video editor and works indoors. He also has a funny attitude to nudity, he'll happily have a skinny dip with me in our pool, but will wrap a towel around himself on the way back to the house. We have no neighbours in view, so it's totally private!

Over the years I have gradually embraced a naked lifestyle. To me it feels healthy and natural. Between spring and early autumn, I will head out into the paddocks wearing nothing but a pair of gumboots and a hat (and loads of sunscreen as I'm blonde and fair skinned).

I mostly work a reasonable way from the house, so it's just me and nature .... I bring a drink bottle, but there's no toilet, so I have to make do where possible. I end up totally filthy by day's end, but hey, there's no clothes to wash!

Things have become interesting in the past. Sometimes trades people will show up unannounced. I find it easier to either hide out in the field, or just pretend there's nothing to see here, walk past them into the house and put some clothes on. I will make a funny comment about being sprung and it's good for a laugh.

In Australia we harvest grapes in the warmer months so at times we have seasonal workers, mostly from overseas (although none during COVID, it was impossible finding people). It's nothing for them to show up on Monday instead of Wednesday, so I have often been caught out in the vines.

It's got the the point that I'm so immune to the feeling that I will sometimes just continue to work with them around me as though nothing's happened. They probably are trying to figure out why a pale, plump, middle-aged woman is trying to achieve!

And in case your wondering, none of them had ever stripped off with me (even though there's a few Brazilian guys that I could have done with)

Purist 'naturists' will say nudity has nothing to do with sexuality. Not me. Being honest it makes me absolutely horny, even the thought of it. I don't know why as 99% of the time, nobody can see me.

And here's me now half wondering what I'm even expecting from writing this. Temps have dropped for the next few days, and I'm really worked up, wondering whether I'll need to rug up today or brave it!

I was young and impulsive at the time and only did it once. I carried clothes with me because I couldn't leave my apartment safely in the buff. And I did ride past a house with an open garage door and a light on. There was a person inside ... oops! But I made it home safely.

The annual Philly Naked Bike Ride is on my bucket list ....

I just love the freedom and feeling of my cares dropping away. Left to myself I would be naked most of the time. I live out of town as well with no fear of neighbors for any good reason doing pop bys. I hate being super warm so in the warmer months it is very common for me to wear shorts and bikini tops if not just straight bikinis. At night I am a nude sleeper.

Awhile ago my husband and I went to a nude coastal resort and while being very nerve racking at first I grew to love it, the way it felt and the freedom it offered. After returning home from the resort I found myself enjoying the freedom we have by simply staying nude especially in the warmer months and outside in the sun.

I do keep a robe in the house in case company appears randomly but it is very seldom that happens without a phone call or it being expected. I still dress when going to work or town but I have embraced more nudity than before for sure.

As for it adding to my sexual excitement I have always been a sexual person but it is kind of fun to be ready at any moments notice when the mood hits no matter where you are.

I too enjoy the feeling of freedom that comes with fresh air swirling around my body. Equally it is exhilarating to go skinny dipping and feel the water swirling around me as well. A nudist doesn’t become one for approval or to seek validation from others.

Being this way is something that we enjoy and want to do.

It isn’t a hobby, but it is a lifestyle. I’m a nudist, and I’m always naked about the house. It’s so comfortable, natural, healthier and relaxing being naked. I’ve never seen any point in wearing clothes around the house.

I agree. To me it is sexual. We go nude at home and have hiked nude knowing we won't be seen. Maybe for interesting 'rest' stops.

That's great to hear. Personally I feel more and more oblivious to being seen these days, although when I'm close to the road I'm quite sure people don't even notice. It's a shame my partner isn't into it, the rest stops would be great (I have always wanted to do a nude hike with a partner and continuing to walk after the rest stop without wiping up first ..... silly fantasy)
