You should plan on at least an afternoon in the Country Music Hall of Fame. I did it - and I'm DECIDEDLY not a country fan - and thought it was awesome.
Given that you like country music, you will love it.

I've only spent a little time. Vandy is cool, they have some cool stuff.
There was something I went to, but can't figure out what with a "race car driving" thing, and it was kind of fun.
Grand Ole' Opry, there some great museums of African American Art and Music.
Eat, drink, party.
