Even though I'm like 75 percent Irish, I have enough Italian blood that I can get a nice tan if I wish. Don't want to mess with skin cancer though, but if I want to hit the nude beach...

SPF50 by the gallon pump pack. Invisible zinc for nipples and other sensitive skin. Sunglasses with UV coating. Take your clothes off and go.

Try to avoid the sunburn stage, the first exposures after winter are the ones that do damage. And if you have tan through bathers which use the pattern to disguise outlines remember to cream up inside them as well.
