Here quark (500g), whipped cream (2dl before whipping), orange marmelade (100g, sweet not bitter), orange juice (1dl), raisins (1,5dl) and some ground hazelnuts.

Mostly just the colour, though the colour comes from a substance that's also healthy for you (antocyan) - that applies to pink, purple, orange and whatnot reddish colours in veggies.I've never seen purple potatoes before. Interesting. Different taste or just the color?
