I’m so old I remember…

Hey. compared to Ortleib's Schlitz and Pabst were premium beers. (I'm pretty sure Pabst still exists)
I do think that Shaeffer had the most honest slogan - "The one beer to have when you're having more than one."
Because, if you drank enough, it tasted good.
Thank God for craft beers.

Old school beers. Before my time, but Pabst is def still around. They started making Schaefer, Ballantine (their pale ale was pretty good) and Narragansett again.

Recently I saw Moosehead beer which I hadn’t seen since I was in high school.

Genesee, Yeungling, Iron City and Rolling Rock are still going.

ISOIR when you travelled you played games like punch bug. I loved seeing orange and gold VW because they were the most points. I think my parents changed the game so we wouldnt punch each other🤔. Now kids play video games on the phones and watch TV on the back of the seat

... when women wore stockings ... all the time when in public. People got dressed up to go shopping. Department stores had large hosiery sections, several racks.

JaF0! Christ! You and @Mr_bogey must have a lot in common! 😁 But I do like older men, and story time, so maybe one day you can both tell me what it was like to hike with Teddy Roosevelt. 🧸

Ooohh, I have some old beer trays. PBR and Knickerbocker.

... when Grand Prix and How The West Was Won were first released and going to a Cinerama theater to see them.
