In an update, Ed notes that Politico says the grand jury may not touch the case again for a month.

This has led to plenty of speculation that the case itself is falling apart. Today the Daily Beast has a story reporting that even attorneys who worked on the case feel it’s weak.

No one has seen the indictment, it is sealed by the court. Even Trump or his legal team has not seen it. So, the only felony I see are either by Bragg himself or somebody on the Grand Jury who leaked details of the indictment. It is a felony to release sealed indictment information to the press or to the public.
