Trump to be Arrested Tuesday

"You're wrong, you've always been wrong, and the worst part is that you KNOW you're wrong but you don't care because your HATRED is more important than truth. Well little man, the world is changing and Karma is coming to a reality near you."
HisArpy

There's a lot of that on full display here. Liberalism has become an emotional appeal to deny reason and reality.

Another classic Harpy meltdown.

Quick, pour some carbon water on the hysterical dumpster fire.

👉 Harpy 🤣

Really? Trump lied under oath to Congress? When? And he had sex with a White House intern in the oval office? When?

And then there's the little fact that Trump was impeached twice for things which aren't crimes. Anyone who listens to the Ukrainian phone call would know that there wasn't any Quid Pro Quo in it. Especially when you compare the transcript of the call with the video of Biden bragging about how he got a Ukraine prosecutor fired because he told the government that it was either fire the guy investigating Hunter or they didn't get the 5 Billion and they had 6 hours to decide. THAT'S Quid Pro Quo, not the phone call by Trump.

But you're good with impeaching a President you don't like (because you've been told not to like him by the MSM) instead of holding the fuckers who actually commit crimes responsible.

Hell you dirtbags don't even know (or refuse to admit) that Melania was a super model before she met Trump. Instead all you do is repeat and perpetuate the LIES that she was a porn star and escort. And you expect ME to take your word on anything after that?

You're wrong, you've always been wrong, and the worst part is that you KNOW you're wrong but you don't care because your HATRED is more important than truth. Well little man, the world is changing and Karma is coming to a reality near you.

This shit just chaps your hide doesn’t it?

III. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Federal regulation prohibits federal government employees from “us[ing] [] public office for [] private gain ... or for the private gain of ... relatives.”15 This regulation also seek “[t]o ensure that the performance of [] official duties does not give rise to an appearance of the use of public office for private gain or of giving preferential treatment[.]”16 This regulation, however, does not apply to the president or vice president.17

That’s quite a loophole, in fact it could create an advantage for a POTUS and VPOTUS with extended family just so they can more easily grift. Who thought that exception was a good idea?

Senators Biden and Clinton were notorious grifters not protected by the Constitution.

That's a dead in the water regulation; a show law for the "little people."

Quid Quo Pro isn't not a "conflict of interest."

Please stop trying to act like you're smart, it's really embarrassing for you.

I love how the left constantly accuses Trump of things they themselves are doing, like Biden's real quid pro quo in Ukraine.

A prosecutor has a duty to only bring charges if they reasonably believe that they will get a conviction. That means the DA must consider all of the exculpatory evidence as part of the package because a failure to consider the defense evidence wouldn't be reasonable.

It's one thing to have a different interpretation on what the evidence means, but Bragg ignored the undeniable evidence that Trump didn't initiate or knowingly pay the money because Cohen admited that he did it on his own initiative in written documents signed by Cohen. Then Cohen admitted to double billing Trump for a generic "legal services" reason. That means Trump didn't try to hide it under a deceptive rubric for accounting and campaign expenses purposes. Bragg had that information yet decided to put Cohen in front of the Grand Jury anyway knowing Cohen would lie about Trump. This is straight up unethical conduct by a prosecutor.

The 2018 signed letter from Stormy avowing that she and Trump didn't have an affair is another piece of evidence which Bragg had prior to empaneling the Grand Jury. Yet the allegation is that Trump paid Daniels hush money to keep her from talking about their affair. Because Bragg knew there was a letter saying that Daniels and Trump didn't have an affair, the allegations he empaneled the Grand Jury to indict on are FALSE in that regard and any indictment would be based on a fraud perpetuated on the Grand Jury by Bragg.

These things aren't subject to interpretation based on conflicting evidence (whether the light was red or green depending on which witness you believe), they're straight up uncontroversial facts where Daniels specifically says in writing they didn't have an affair and Cohen says in writing that he paid the money out of his own pocket and then billed Trump for "legal services" rather than "settlement costs for NDA with Stormy Daniels."
Quite possibly another motivation for Bragg not bringing charges now that Costello has testified with compelling evidence that Cohen is a certifiable liar, is the fact that he could be disbarred for knowingly bringing to trial a case based on evidence or testimony he knows isn't true.

Inciting a violent rebellion at the capital? Guess what; that is a CRIME.
Stealing classified documents that threaten national security? That is a CRIME.
Coercing a foreign government into providing testimony against a political opponent, that is a CRIME.
And inciting more violence should he be convicted- that is also criminal.
All of these are far more serious than getting a little sleazy action on the side a la Bill Clinton. These three alone amount to treason against the Constitution and the country, and a threat to the stability and national security of our country. And if you support these things, then you support treason against the United States.

Treason is punishable by death in this country. Let that sink in.

And I have not even mentioned his tax evasions, his payout to Stormy Daniels, which, while shady and illegal, are in my opinion far less serious offenses than the above.
I don't pretend that Biden is innocent, perfect or moral any more than I do Bill Clinton, or Hillary.
I don't hate Trump because I'm "Liberal" but I hate the damage he has done to this country and our interests, at home and abroad. And I hate how people think he ought to be above the law, while calling for punishing past and current presidents THEY don't like.

It's hypocrisy.

But to claim that Trump is "persecuted" and "Innocent" when he has blatantly commited far more serious and treasonous crimes than either of them, is blatant hypocrisy. And yet- you still can't see that? You are as blind as you are stupid.
Karma is coming- both to Trump and his followers- because the wheels of justice turn slowly but they will turn. He will get what is coming to him. And perhaps Biden and the Clintons will as well, but stop trying to defend Trump. Any real American who loves justice, fairness and the rule of law knows that Trump needs to pay for his crimes. Maybe you are not a real American either. At least Rightguide ADMITS he's a Russian forum troll. Maybe so are you?

He didn't incite a riot at the Capitol, that is a lie.

He has not been accused of treason or any other crime by the DOJ

The IRS has not accused Trump of violating any law.

Name the statutes he has violated and the evidence to go along with it. Superstition is not evidence.

Seventeen counts of criminal tax fraud.

So how is Biden’s impeachment going?

The things you believe happened haven't been supported by truth or the evidence. Yet you repeat them as if they are fact. That means you put the narrative above truth and believe the narrative because it suits you to do so.

This is the mark of the ignorant and biased, not the enlightened or intelligent.

By itself, the fact of Cohen being a liar isn't enough to punish Bragg if he goes forward. Why? Because even a liar can tell the truth and it's up to the jury to determine if that's the case.

However, when you couple the known liars claims with the other fact based evidence that's come out what you should be getting is an uneasy feeling in the pit of your stomach that going forward with the indictment is probably not a good idea.

One can only hope that most rational people understand that it's not politics at play from those who are talking about disbarment if Bragg goes forward in spite of that queasy feeling he's getting.

Yep, that and Napue v. Illinois, 1959. I'm not sure about which canon of judicial ethics such an event would violate if Bragg brought a witness he knew was going to testify falsely in support of a charge against an individual he was prosecuting.

The grand jury is the one responsible for determining if testimony aligns with evidence. If they don't, then they won't vote to move ahead with an indictment.

You fuckers are so wound up that you seem to believe this is a court trial. I guess 45 got what he wanted out of his leak

Mr Tacopina,

Would you automatically not consider any testimony offered by any criminal defendant who has been offered a reduced sentence or immunity?

What deal did Cohen make for a reduced sentence? Is it revokable if he lies going forward? Are you ignoring this or simply discounting it to fit your narrative?

He didn't incite a riot at the Capitol, that is a lie.
I wonder who did then. We need to prosecute the instigators to the fullest extent of the law. Trump should agree and testify. Pence should agree and testify. Jordan should agree and testify. McCarthy should agree and set up a commission to find out.

One thing is quite clear, isn't it, board Trumpettes? Trump does an incredible job of maintaining employee loyality, doesn't he? That's among all those other brilliant things the man does/doesn't do. :ROFLMAO:

People like Reichguide will die either knowing they were loyal to a traitor or shuffle off being too stupid to know a traitor duped them.

We got him now!

It's another traumatic Trump Tuesday! LOCK HIM UP! LOCK HIM UP!

;) ;)

The DA that is. The one that had no case, but decided to give the Left their mental masturbatory moment.
