I do not know about legality, however, I suspect it is more about the number of cases closed and how they collect their fees.

That's certainly the reason, but I suspect the method may be illegal as it is severely unreasonable in more than one ways.

After I cool off a bit, I plan o edit the letter, submit the complaint to the government (Medicare), an upload the other information and complaint to the contractor's portal. The plan is set. Now friends called and want me to join them for lunch. I think I need it too.
