Educational systems are expected to be profitable. That providing a climate that educates the people of that state...has no value...only profitability matters. Why has this happened? Because voters approve. I am totally OK with democracy. I disagree with their choice. But the other 49 states are celebrating. Florida's loss is everyone else's gain.
