How about something like this...

A young couple gets matching tattoos to commemorate their love and first time. Later they have a falling out and go their separate ways, but stay in touch. Sometime later they get back together. When they go to make love she undresses, and he sees that she is now covered in tattoos.

He is left to wonder. Does she just like having tattoos or did she go on some kind of sexual bender while they were apart?

Man, what was the name of that show that came out a few years ago, only went the one season I think. They find a woman who had her memory wiped but she's covered in tats and each one is some type of clue for the police to follow.
