Alcohol also means loosing deep sleep phases. One small glass of water wine (12ml) or a small beer (0,33 l, a pint is 0,46 I think) will loose you one phase. Drink 5, and you'll loose all deep sleep in a 8h night. In addition the body has the burden of the burning out the alcohol.Morning all.
Note to self: wine and whiskey means waking up in front of the tv at 3:15 AM and dragging your sorry ass to bed and waking up very tired.
I never learn.
Which is why I avoid alcohol when exhausted.
