Chaos: Don't Stress, Undress

I think sugar gets a bad rap… I drink way too much pepsi, every day and have done so for 40+ years. I have never had a weight problem. The difference, is I don’t care for food! So, you don’t need to cut out suger, just stop eating! 🤣🤣🤣😁🤣😁🤣
If you overeat (which is crazy-easy to do, btw) all that extra sugar is stored because your body doesn’t need it, so…🤷🏻‍♂️

The 40 (now close to 50) lb I lost were due in part to cutting out all soft drinks except flavoured sparkling water like Bubly and cutting way back on all alcohol (Wine weekly, a beer or whisky occasionally). No more six Guinnesses (Gunnii?) at the local pub on a Friday night. If I could exercise I would be at my goal (still under restrictions until at least 02MAR).

I am still going for the red as I think it works for Valentine's Day.


Also National Hot Dog Day, Arbor Day, Labrador Retriever Appreciation Day (MARGBMLRAS sanctioned event)Take your Boss to Work Day (it was a thing at my job, officially called Manager in the Field Day).
