what are you going to do when you are all scarred up all over the under side of your penis??? I used to have a habit, a bad one but not too bad--, but it cost everything (and thats not the point.) The point is when you start collapsing veins and shit you run out of places to hit that DON'T HURT. The pain is the thing. Even as sharp and as thin as they make them needles now you can still feel every fuckn fraction of inch they go in and you are wanting to do this to your penis??? And all my spots were on an arm ---, and you want to do this with your penis? While its true you aren't hitting veins in your dick your skin popping still you ARE LAYING DOWN SCAR TISSUE and destroying nerves, in a place where you need all the sensation you can get.

Right..can't take Viagra because of my heart. So I use a vacuum pump with a cock ring, and it works a treat.

After using the pump, and applying the cock ring, I can stay hard for about 45 minutes. Then the cock ring needs to come off for a while to restore circulation. The good thing is that you can use it to re-pump again after about 20 minutes. So, if your lady wants a 'rematch', you can be ready for her. A little clumsy, but better than the 'do without' alternative....

The injections work really well, not too big of a deal. You don't put it in a 'vein' you just stick it in the side of your dick about halfway down, relaxes/dialates the corpus cavernosa leading to erection.

super hard and full for 30min -2+ hours depending on dose.
Can keep fucking even after cumming because you'll stay hard.
Few other side effects
The bad:

can be expensive per dose $10-50 each from what I've seen.

I tried it but, except when I did the demo in the doctor’s office, it was ineffective. My urologist said that I likely had had an issue with venous leakage. I'm actually at the point of considering an implant.
So where does this leave you, awesome stud.
Pills, injections, cooked penis, wistful thinking of days long since past?

I have a "hydraulic implant". It's not instant, and it's not at the push of a button, but it works. Oh, and the surgery was no picnic. They hollow out the corpus cavernosum and then stuff in two hydraulically inflatable rods, insert a pump in the scrotum and a reservoir in the abdomen.
This is really a last resort solution, and it's hella painful for a while.
It's not much of a conversation piece, either. And not one woman has ever asked for a demonstration from pure curiosity!

Ha - I wasn't expecting anything other than it work as advertised. It does. Time has passed, and I can't help thinking about how others might think of it, or their level of curiosity. I don't really care that much. "Party Trick" it is definitely not.

There are all sorts of problems when you talk about injections. You limited to where you inject and you will have injection site issues.

I do not know.Maybe you bought poor quality pills. Now there are many sites where you can buy what you need or their analogues,for example like Canadian Pharmacy. Try this option first!
