Well ... It may be wishful thinking but I do believe she may be coming on to you.
If you simply ask why is she confiding in you, that will leave her thinking that you are not reading her signals, assuming there are signals to read.
I think you should complement her. say something like you can see why these guys are attracted to her, and throw in a comment like, if I were 10 years younger I'd be tempted myself. Say it with a laugh so you can always say you were joking if it goes wrong.
