Yep, Garland (and the rest of us) just need to ignore the ridiculous hypocritical Republican propaganda campaign on this and steam ahead. The claim that no one is above the law won't hold until Trump is in prison on multiple convictions.

The issue with Biden and Pence (and probably with a lot of other senior officials of yore) is one of sloppiness of document handling. That needs to be addressed, of course. That applies to Trump as well, but his case is one of intention (old loud-mouth Trump was made statements that concede that) and obstruction as well.

Yes there are several groups of "haves" and "have nots". It's not a competition. The reality is the perception and treatment of masculine and feminine is distinct - and has very real world repercussions. They won't be solved in my lifetime. Nor likely yours.
