I don't know, but I seriously doubt Biden carried them in there and left them laying around... years ago. He has minions for that.
I'm sure my local Sherriff's office out here in Gawd's country has classified documents. If they were left on the table at Denny's, it wouldn't be fair to blame Biden. There are lots of more important things he's screwed up.

It's heartening to know that the right now recognizes that these cases should be fully investigated and considered for charges. It's taken a while for them to latch into Trump on this issue. It's good to know that they now believe the investigations are legitimate.
