I would imagine a team has already been to the residences in Delaware to look there as well.

Big difference to be out front, so there isn’t a “i thought they were declassified” defense like we had with the previous case. Clearly there was obstruction happening there, but in this case they will investigate.

He contrasted what we know about the case with that being built against Trump, who held boxes of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago resort even after their return had been demanded by the National Archives.

The nature of the investigation would change if the US attorney in charge of reviewing the documents, Matt Lausch, a Trump appointee, were to uncover any evidence that Biden or his staff misled the National Archives.

"The reason Donald Trump is in criminal jeopardy right now isn't just because of the documents being improperly stored. It was the obstruction," Moss said. "That is why it has gotten to the point it has, where we're looking at the real possibility of a criminal indictment."

Was there a subpoena for the materials? Did his lawyers claim they had sent all documents when they really didn’t?

As soon as they were located they were turned over. And the President can declassify documents going through a process- not just “thinking” and making it so.

Who knows what these few documents have in them, but there will be an investigation.

Don’t try to equate the documented criminal enterprise of DJTs situation and family with another, doesn’t really work that way. So glad they keep finding a fall guy to attempt to shield them from any wrong doing.
