Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

with today’s technology they can pitch correct easily… part of why I don’t listen to “today’s” music. 🤣🤣🤣
Sometimes it is a matter of finding the right songwriter. Lucky for me some of my favourite songwriters are very limited singers. Neil Young. Leonard Cohen. Willie Nelson. Tom Waites. I can growl along with those guys and about 2/3 of male Blues singers from BB King on down.

Who doesn’t love trouble

Thank you so much. May have to try making this after xmas when I will maybe have some baking time.

And for anyone wondering about the age and price of my violin: it wasn't that rare for teenage violinists in our orchestra to have an old violin like that. Not everybody did, but I think easily some 20% did. Some of us continued to become professionals, some of us didn't. (I am not the only engineer in that group.)

I actually feel kind of bad for keeping my treasure out of circulation... maybe I should sell it so that it would be played again. (And frankly it's not really wise to keep an unused object of that value, with my budget.)
Similar story. I played through and past college into my 30s, but rarely pull it out now. I wonder if I should sell for some of the same reasons...tho I also wonder will I pick it up for casual play or historical tunes (where I volunteer they have a music guild devoted to mid 19th c music, mostly for dancing and background vibe)

I won't be around much after new years. I'm going to be focusing on my physical and mental health and trying to get my life back on track. I owe it to myself to start taking care of myself.
Yeaaaaaah buddy. Moderation is the name of the game.
