I cock my head to the side and raise my lip in a snarl at him, I might be young but I am definitely not a little girl.
His eyes lock on mine as his own lips quirk up in a smile, clear as the nose on my face my reaction amused him.
Hurting I stomp around him to the table in the corner pulling the too large robe around myself as I all but have to climb up onto the chair, obviously the furniture in this room had been handmade for someone of his height or that of the dark one in the hallway.
I've never seen men as tall as the two of them or as physically fit even the well made coat of the angels strains at the seams when he moves, his black pants not much better.
Looking out the side of my eye I run my eyes over him as he stands at the side table spooning soup into bowls.
He's hot even I can admit that, blonde soft hair framing his hard face, a sharp nose and full lips, his beard immaculate trimmed and combed. Even his hands are sexy, long fingers, manicured nails. Even the crisp white bandage some how suits him.
Staring at his hands moving with sure, strong movements even doing something as little as arranging food has me shifting in my chair, squeezing my legs together.

I snap out of my trance as he places a bowl and a plate in front of me, my face heating as I feel his eyes travel over me. It's all I can do not to fiddget.

"So, I want to ask you some questions and I know you either don't talk or won't talk so a simple nod or shake will do for now."

"Is there anyone looking for you? Family, friends, drug dealers?" I snap my gaze to his face, drug dealers real? Because I'm homeless that automatically makes me a fucking junkie.
I shake my head 3 times one for each question no family my father won't bother looking for me again last time I seen him I made it pretty clear what I thought of his little gang, no friends never had one and like hell any drug deal is going to come looking for a girl more inclined to stab them then to buy shit off them.

"I guess that means you aren't a junkie then?" He questions watching me for my reaction. I screw my fist up and bash it on the table furiously shaking my head. No fucking way!

A small smile traces his lips "Good, that's all for now eat your soup before it gets cold."

I stare down at the bowl for a moment, my face hanging above it, just the smell of the vegetables and beef is almost enough to send me into sensory overload. My eyes start to water with unshed tears as I lift the spoon to my mouth.
I almost don't want to eat it, in case it doesn't taste the way it smells how could something both smell and taste that good?

I poke my tongue out enough to just dip it in the broth dissecting every drop of flavour before I can help myself a moan rockets out of my throat and I do it again my tongue lapping up the little puddle of juice on my spoon, my mouth splitting in a wide smile as a little groan follows my last moan.

"Jesus fucking Christ girl, are you trying to fuck the soup or eat it?" The mumble across the table has my eyes snapping to him, I almost forgot he was there.

His eyes are watching my mouth, lips pressed into a hard line as he shifts in his chair. Well looks like I'm not the only one affected by how good the soup is. I can't help my own smirk as I do it all over again while watching his face. His eye ticks and his own tongue comes out to lick across his full bottom lip.

I sit up straighter, smuggly as I wolf down my soup with abandonment, finishing my bowl before he's hardly touched his.
It's easy to tell by watching him this man has never known true hunger at the leisure he eats. Never know the fear of this being his last meal for god knows how long.

I watch him, I don't care if he can feel my eyes on his face he's just to beautiful to stop staring at.

"I can feel you watching me princess. Do you like what you see?" He asks with a tilt of his head not a fraction of arrogance on his face. Just a question a simple question.

I raise my hand and tilt it side to side in a so so motion and smile.
Hearing his bark of laughter the most exhilarating feeling I've felt in a long time. I almost want to join in.

A loud knock on the door has me jumping on the spot. My hand automatically reaching for something to use as a weapon and coming up short.

Angel raises his hand in my direction catch my gaze as he heads to to door. I tilt my head trying to listen in on the conversation not succeeding in catching anything but the low pitch on the other side of the door.

Angel returns to the table and places my backpack on the ground beside me along with some clothes.

"I believe this belongs to you, the clothes are also for you. I will warn you not to bother looking for your knife Seth has decided to add it to his collection. I'm sure he would welcome you to try and change his mind though" Angel states with a smirk.

I can't help the shudder that runs through my body or the way my face twists at the thought of approaching him to get my knife back. Screw that I'd rather just find another and by find I mean steal.

A low chuckle has me looking up at that beautiful face again. "I'm sure you aren't surprised by this but he does tend to have that effect on a lot of people. I think people just underestimate him much like you aye princess?"

I shake my head rapidly, I don't think I am anywhere near in the same ball park as that guy two minutes in his presences earlier and I was about ready to run down the hallway screaming for my mama and I never even knew the junkie whore.

Chuckling again the angel in front of me just shakes his head.

"Seth also told me a Doctor friend of mine is on his way over to take a look at you, so why don't you take a nap and I'll wake you when he gets here?"

I look from him to the bed and back again. Is this guy serious he wants me to sleep with him in the room? Fuck that shit I never close my eyes around anyone if I can help it. I shake my head rapidly winching at the small burst of pain running through my scalp.

"Suit yourself if your not going to I will. Wake me up when Seth knocks." With that the angel folds himself into a over stuffed lazy boy and tilts his head back. I stare in amazement as he starts to snore within minutes.
