I've had two bouts of this feeling..vision gets blurry..head hurts and I feel like I've been through the washing machine on super spin cycle

After you have driven both times? My friend was getting that awhile back and the episodes often were brought on by driving. But idk if it was actually vertigo

Several times we took the drive from Corpus Christi down to the Rio Grande valley. We'd have KILLED to see some corn!

Instead it was brown grass and barbed wire fence. Looked like the same brown grass and barbed wire fence 2 hours later.
