I am actually really digging the new vegan fake food trend becoming wildly popular. not because I am vegan but just due to fat and calories. Calories in a sausage link 400, in a vegan one 90. 1/2 a gluten free vegan pizza 300, half a typical one 800. My ass and my body not getting diabetes really appreciate the differences.
