So schooling, no. Experience is required for my exact position. Honestly the truth is, people spend years trying to get this job. I got it in less than a full week, first time I applied. But I spent 3 years doing second level tech support for Apple. I'm in Kansas, but the company is all over the USA. There are many other jobs out there for all sorts of companies.
Ah... well the experience and probably tools I would fall short on. No PC and no experience, except in person customer service.

Many of them provide the equipment. I would suggest trying. Its work from home and if you can get your foot in the door, it can be a life changing job for many. You just have to sort of work your way up? Maybe start somewhere and keep looking.
