I find that to be a big number. Here people freak about wolves, and they haven't killed anyone in about 150 years.

I guess that is perspective. I mean over a million gators live here, so that number seems really low to me when comparing case numbers. but yes, wolves are another animal that have a bad reputation, and mostly just talk, urban legends, and other BS.

The way I feel is that animals do what animals do. If you live near Predators you take the necessary precautions, avoid interacting with them as much as possible, and try to stay out of their way. But animals are neither good nor bad. They Survive by instincts as they always have.

people have tried. they always get caught, though guess we only hear about the ones caught lol. Any real success would be making the attack up and hiding the body elsewhere, so they stay missing persons now. If one was going to dispose of a body via animals, I'd still go with pigs after dismemberment. Florida really does investigate all missing persons like every other state, it really isn't all that different, some areas may not have a ton of resources, so volunteer searchers are used, but they do.
