with no other details, how can we form an opinion?

context is everything, that and the fact this guy seems to have been reported whereas the other guy he says he quoted wasn't. cops can only act on what's been reported to them.

as far as 'anxiety', again context is key... did someone feel threatened by his post? were they made to feel unsafe? were his words (which he says are the words of another) using rhetoric linking to potential violent actions, bomb, guns, murder, school massacre, threats to someone's family members or church? assassination ??? we can't tell from this clip.

it would be strange to arrest someone for 'anxiety' unless the wording was particularly heinous. if he's done nothing wrong, it'll all come out in the wash and he can put in his own complaint about the first guy whose post this guy says he quoted.

at the end of the day, accountability matters.

Arrested is NOT charged. People get arrested after a complaint which could turn out to be groundless.

The apprehended man posted pictures of Nazi swastikas made from LGBT pride flags. He arranged to have cameras present when the police called. Looks like a publicity stunt.

No comment from me!
