Because you're versatile enough to both write erotica and talk politics? Was this a trick question? If you think about it: why would you come to an erotic story site, and talk politics?

If anything, the comment made on your story is trans-sympathetic, not phobic.

Since you can easily access the anonymous comment, badly explaining the quote so that you can label the commentor as transphobic is deceitful.
Another problem with your perception of the commenter's intentions is that you are only taking your own considerations into consideration. You consider your characters as gay since they both identify as male, while the commenter does not consider them gay since one is a trans man. There is a clearly established category for Transgender stories. There was no reason for you to "cross lines" to push your own gender politics.
Another problem is you have a trans man in name only. You have a biological woman dressing up as a man only to regress into "cute, girly" behavior. In essence, you're ignoring a major issue trans men, who feel they are born in the wrong body, attempt to overcome.
To biologically born gay males, the comment makes sense, although I believe the commenter was harsh when he used the word "disgusting."
"cock on cock" isn't a sexual act that determines if someone is gay.
"cock on cock" means, and I'll explain it in a way you gender simps can understand, that a biologically born male is romantically involved with, to whatever extreme, a biologically born male.
I summarized it. Sorry if I’m a big biased, he did insult me a little bit, lol.Since you can easily access the anonymous comment, badly explaining the quote so that you can label the commentor as transphobic is deceitful.

There will be distractors for everything and anything here. I haven't seen appreciably more negative response to Gay Male or Trans/CD than anything else, although this is a tolerant site for anything but hetero but not as welcoming as for hetero and incest. Just ignore isolated negative comments. They happen for every category and preference. From what you say this is, I would have put it in the Trans/CD category. (And as I post more GM here than anyone else and post to Trans/CD occasionally--and increasingly--I think I have a fair handle on what categorizes where on such topics.)I made a story recently, called Bunny and the Dog. A romance about a man and a trans man.
Since they both identify as male, I considered it gay. I added the appropriate tags to make sure that they know it was a trans man.
A dude came in my comments and accused me of ‘fetishizing’ trans people(?) because he ‘didn’t act like a man’ or something like that. It’s incredibly gatekeeping, and weird to just rant like that lmao.
But thoughts? Maybe I am wrong, who knows?
No. It's an acknowledgment of reality. This is primarily an erotica site, not a politics site. The level of discussion on the Politics board is predictably childish and asinine. I cannot recall ever having seen intelligent disagreement take place in a thread on the Politics board here.Because you're versatile enough to both write erotica and talk politics? So you don't believe someone can walk and chew gum at the same time. You haven't addressed that. I post to both boards. They both are here. It wouldn't bother me a bit if the Politics one or the GB one (because those people don't seem to understand this is a story site either) got axed, but it's here and I post to it when I want to. I think this is in the mind your own business and don't tell others what they should be doing here as long as you get to do what you want here territory.No. It's an acknowledgment of reality. Bro, I sorry you cannot tell me how to write trans people. I’m sorry but you cannot. Do they HAVE to wear mens clothes to be considered a man? No! They identify as He/Him. Nothing more, nothing less. I don’t have to have this big fucking subplot about identity every fucking time, I don’t. The comment didn’t make a lick of sense.
Another one for the ignore list.
"I'm fine with the queers as long as they're not near me", or this gerrymandered line drawing that says "your kind goes over there" is not a statement of support. It's not sympathetic.

If the GB or Politics board got axed, the reality is that those posts would be appearing elsewhere on the board, including here on the AH.
If I wanted to tell you how to write, I would tell you how to write and you would be better off for it.

"Romantically", eh? So a guy getting a blowjob from another guy isn't gay if it's no-strings attached with no intention of meeting again?
And if he hasn't done a DNA test on the dude blowing him to check whether he's a "biologically born male" (sic) then he doesn't know whether this is straight or gay sex?
Starting to think you might not be as much of an expert on this topic as you're making out.
You are, of course, presenting what is just your opinion as fact. Wearing your God hat, are you? You're free to do as you wish. But if you want to have an intelligent political discussion with people on the Internet, this isn't the place to do it (those places are, as far as I can tell, few and far between).
If I did, you would know exactly who I am. If everyone here is willing to divulge their personal info, I'll consider it.I don’t see any stories published under this username here on Lit. Care to post links to some of your work so we can truly appreciate your greatness?
Couldn’t say it better. Like they don’t understand that minorities can just exist without having a identity side plot or something. Thank you.You don't see people in Trans/CD bleating in the comments every time a cis character shows up and you don't see readers in GM complaining when a straight or bi character appears. But on the rare occasions when somebody crosses the line in the opposite direction, somebody is guaranteed to have a sook about it.
Many stories fit into more than one category. Not all stories that involve lesbians end up in Lesbian Sex, not all stories that involve romance end up in Romance, not all stories that involve trans characters end up in Trans/CD. When a story touches on more than one category the poster has to decide which category fits best (and Laurel can overrule them if she thinks they made a bad call, which evidently she didn't). This story has both trans and GM aspects to it, the OP made the call that the GM aspects were more important, and the site owner evidently agreed with that call.
Further, the OP included several tags that made it clear that there was trans male content, so people who don't want trans in their gay could easily avoid it just by reading the tags.
Or they could ignore that and read something that they could have known they weren't going to enjoy, and whine about it.
"Guy getting a NSA blowjob from another guy he doesn't know" is an "exaggerated, hypothetical scenario"?You sound like a shadetree paralegal the way you attempt to use semantics and exaggerated, hypothetical scenarios to your advantage.

Wow. Okay, I'm gonna leave our discussion there, have fun!
Arrogant, ignorant, and an ass. And you call me sensitive? Uh oh.If I did, you would know exactly who I am. If everyone here is willing to divulge their personal info, I'll consider it.
I'd have put "reasonable concerns" in scare quotes there, or perhaps between clownface emojis, but otherwise yeah.Transphobia always does. It starts out as reasonable concerns and progresses through biological essentialism to full on fascism.
