I'm scared of dogs

Not judging.

I was scared or indifferent to dogs for a long time... I got very scared by some German Shepherds when I was about six, and then we had a family dog who was pretty much uninteresting, not helped by her tendency to throw up frequently.

Dogs, big dogs especially, can be super intimidating especially if they're not well trained and you're not used to them.

But no one will every love you like your dog will. It's a special thing. So I hope you get a chance to spend enough time with a nice dog sometime to get some of that.

I do that pretty often. And she sleeps right next to me on the bed. Generally, she makes sure some part of her is touching me. She has gotten to the point where if I pet her too much, she gets wired and starts ripping around the house like a happy crazy dog. Fun to see, but she’ll slide on the tile floor and crash too.

Mmmm. I had a shepherd rottie mix that we rescued when she was 7 months old. A woman spotted her in a bad part of the city and kids were throwing cans and bottles at her . She stopped the car and took the dog and brought her to a local shelter. This dog was so full of fucking love, I swear she fell from heaven. She passed away in 2013 and I still would like to break some kneecaps when I think about it

One way of getting my ex-ferals trust was to put my head at his stomach. Righ next to his claws. I had already learned that he won't used his claws unless panicking. And to her food dish! Why would they punish her by calling her to her food? Calling her elsewhere was fine. But call her around her food dish and she cowers and pees. I last tried about a year ago, and she still had the same reaction. And it’s only been in the last 6 months that she started giving me kisses. My poor baby!!

Oh no she is. She got hematomas in her ears and they cauliflowered. Which means when they healed they were filled with scar tissue and no longer stand up straight. I’ll show you a pic of her before that happened

permanent dst will mean if i understand it correctly that in the winter you'd have to get up one hour earlier than now and that will play anything than well with your brain and your sleeping rhythm

since we are on DST time now. It would not effect your sleeping rhythm. However, in the winter it will mean that it is darker later into the morning and darker earlier in the afternoon. Both times when children are coming and going g to school. Also people already suffer depression in the winter from less sunlight.
