Catnip ie actually very nice in herbal tea mixes, especially the relaxing ones. Just don't leave it laying around or cats will go bonkers

For example like this:

Melissa officinalis (lemon balm), Nepeta cataria (catnip), Calluna vulgaris (heather), Humulus lupulus, Matricaria recutita (chamomile flower), Scutellaria galericulata.

That one is supposed to make you sleep easier. You can buy it when you come here, we can even visit the company making it (its less than 30min drive away).
