Quasi authentic. We use green plantain, and all of our measurements are by instinct. We don't pre-measure things like that

They will. Just felt very concretely all the little daily things I lost. Like I am not now chatting with Daddy...but my body is so used to waking up at this time for the chat no matter how much or little I have slept.

Catnip ie actually very nice in herbal tea mixes, especially the relaxing ones. Just don't leave it laying around or cats will go bonkers
